Photo, Video & Audio Recording Consent

I give full permission and consent irrevocably and in perpetuity to Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries and/or its clients, affiliates, agents, and assignees, hereinafter called Grantees, to reproduce throughout the world, either alone or in conjunction with other material, photographs, films, videography, or other media made in connection with Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries.
